About Panini Pete
Panini Pete first made his mark in Fairhope, Alabama, when he opened Panini Pete’s Café in the French Quarter. What started as a small café quickly became a local favorite, known for scratch-made sandwiches, fresh flavors, and his now-famous beignets served with a lemon wedge. His food caught the attention of Guy Fieri and Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, catapulting his career to national recognition.
Since then, Pete has gone on to open some of the Gulf Coast’s most iconic restaurants, including Squid Ink, Sunset Pointe at Fly Creek Marina, The Waterfront, and now Parc Le Tralour—a unique trailer park-themed food hall in the heart of downtown Mobile.
This event marks a rare opportunity to not only dine on Pete’s creations but also taste brand-new dishes being unveiled for the very first time.
Seating is extremely limited for each dinner, and these events sell out quickly—reserve your spot now and be part of Mobile’s most exclusive culinary series.
