1. City of Mobile 4th of July Celebration

July 4

Battleship Park

Celebrate our independence at Battleship Park. Fireworks start at 9pm. A concert by the Mobile Pops starts at 7. Bring a blanket, lawn chairs and a picnic for this great celebration. 

2. Bay Bites Food Truck Festival

July 25

Cooper Riverside Park 

7-9pm

The annual Bay Bites Food Truck Festival is presented by Mobile Baykeeper and their mission to protect and preserve our beautiful watershed. There will be a variety of food trucks, craft beer, music and other games on Mobile’s riverfront. 

3. Summer Movie Series at the Saenger

Downtown Mobile 

The Saenger’s Summer Movie Series continues into July with Casablanca on July 15, Top Gun on July 22 and Steel Magnolias on July 29 on the screen in this historic theatre. 

4. Dauphin St. Vault 

July 21

10am-10pm

Dauphin and Joachim St

The 8th annual Dauphin St. Vault includes pole vaulters of all skill level ranging from Olympians to professionals. This is one of the coolest events of the year to see live.  

5. Bienville Bites Food Tour

6. Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo

Dauphin Island 

The 84th annual Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo in Dauphin Island will once again have anglers from all over the country competing for cash and prizes. 

7. Mobile BayBears 

Hank Aaron Stadium

The BayBears are in town this month with home stands July 4-9 vs. Jacksonville, July 18-22 vs. Chattanooga, and July 28-31 vs. Jacksonville. Friday Night Fireworks are on July 6 and 20. 

8. Paw Patrol Live! 

July 17 and July 18

Mobile Civic Center

Bring the kids out for an event they won’t forget with a live performance with the Paw Patrol gang.

9. ASBA Softball 

Satsuma High School

Did you know professional softball is played right here in Mobile? Come out and support team Moh-Beel! in the ASBA with games at Satsuma High School all throughout July and the playoffs July 26-31. 

10. Grand Bay Watermelon Festival 

July 3-4

Odd Fellows Festival Park

On July 3 get in free and enjoy food, crafts and games. On July 4, for $5 per vehicle there will be vendors, music, and all the free watermelon you can eat!
