2. 2020 Reese’s Senior Bowl

The 2020 Reese’s Senior Bowl is back again for its 70th year in Mobile. Come see the future stars of the NFL along with several former Alabama and Auburn players as they compete in front many NFL dignitaries who you just might run into while they are in town.

3. Great Mobile Bake Off

Come show off your baking skills at the Great Mobile Bake Off! Five contestants will have three challenges to see who has the best baking skills in Mobile.

4. Winter Jam

Come out to the Mitchell Center for a night full of concerts from some of the best Christian music artists.

5. Bienville Bites Food Tour

Downtown Mobile

Join a Bienville Bites walking tour through downtown and taste Mobile’s best food all while enjoying our coastal history and culture. Our LoDa Stroll is every Friday and Saturday. Our Old Mobile Evening is every Thursday.

6. Lending Tree Bowl

Mobile’s annual college football bowl game is back for its 22nd year at Ladd Peebles. This year the Louisiana Rajun Cajuns take on the Miami of Ohio RedHawks at 6:30pm.

7. Mardi Gras Parades

January 4 and January 25

Mardi Gras parades in January? Yes! January 4th the Mobile Mystics roll at 6:30pm for a Mardi Gras parade with the Lending Tree Bowl in town for the weekend. On January 25, the unofficial parade to start the season begins on Dauphin Island.

8. History Museum of Mobile - Ancient Rome exhibit

History Museum of Mobile

Come out to the History Museum of Mobile for their newest exhibit, Ancient Rome - The Empire That Shaped The World. Machines and technology from Ancient Rome are brought to life in downtown Mobile directly from Italy. This will be a must see exhibit!

9. Servis1st Bank Mobile Marathon

January 12

Mobile’s first marathon of the year kicks off January 12 with the Servis 1st Bank Mobile Marathon. The marathon, half marathon and 5 person relay starts at 7:30 the 1.2 mile fun run starts at 2. Run through historic neighborhoods of Downtown Mobile and also benefit L’Arche Mobile.

10. Senior Bowl Summit and Street Party

January 23-24

This years Senior Bowl Summit will be Thursday, January 23 at the Saenger Theatre featuring the infamous Gary Vaynerchuk. Friday night, January 24th the streets of downtown come alive with the sounds of The Revivalists for a free concert at the Senior Bowl Street Party. A player parade will also commence from the Renaissance Hotel to Cathedral Square where the concert will be held. Bars and restaurants will also have weekly specials leading up to the big game on Saturday.
