2. 2018 Reese’s Senior Bowl

The 2018 Reese’s Senior Bowl is back again for its 68th year in Mobile. Come see the future stars of the NFL. On the list this year include Heisman Trophy winner, Baker Mayfield, Mason Rudolph, along with several former Alabama, Auburn and South Alabama players as they compete in front many NFL dignitaries who you just might run into if you are downtown at all the week of.
3. Underwater Forest Documentary

Just off the coast of Alabama in the Gulf of Mexico lays an ancient cypress forest some 60 feet underwater that scientists believe dates back to the ice age when sea levels were 400 feet lower than today. If you haven’t seen this amazing documentary you really don’t want to miss it on the big screen of the IMAX.
4. Mardi Gras

9. First Light Marathon
Mobile’s first marathon of the year kicks off January 14 with the Servis 1st Bank First Light Marathon. The marathon, half marathon and 5 person relay starts at 7:30 the 1.2 mile fun run starts at 2. Run through historic neighborhoods of Downtown Mobile and benefit L’Arche Mobile on this Boston Qualifier course.
